Spirit Day this Friday! – This Friday (TOMORROW, 1/13) will be spirit day at Bromwell. Please have your Bears wear their Bromwell gear and Bromwell colors! We will have special guests in the building taking photos of our Bears to allow us to update our marketing materials. We will be sure to consult the “no media list” to ensure permission has been granted to include students in any published photography. 

Morning Drop-Off – On days with “less desirable” weather (rain, sleet, snow), and more families than usual driving to school, our morning drop-off procedures become chaotic. Because of this, staff will now supervise Kiss & Go drop-off until 8:20AM.  IF YOU ARE DRIVING, PLEASE DO NOT DROP YOUR STUDENTS OFF AT THE FRONT OF THE SCHOOL (4th & Columbine).  PLEASE DO NOT PULL IN TO OPEN PARKING SPOTS IN THE STAFF PARKING LOT.  PLEASE USE KISS & GO on 3rd Place TO DROP OFF YOUR STUDENTS IF YOU ARE DRIVING.  And yes, we are shouting this part because it is unsafe for our students and families when dropping off at the front of the school. We appreciate everyone’s understanding and attention to this matter!  

 Bromwell’s Multicultural Celebration! – Please save the date! We will again be hosting our multicultural celebration on March 16th. This evening event will be free to attend and will be an amazing opportunity for Bromwell families to come together as a community and celebrate our uniqueness through food, entertainment, and presentations. School Choice – School Choice is once again upon us!  DPS has updated their Choice & Enrollment to include new information surrounding the Choice process for ECE. Students planning to attend ECE and Kindergarten at Bromwell next year must choice in, even if they are boundary students. January PTA Meeting – Everyone is welcome in our PTA! Join us in person or via Zoom tomorrow, January 13 @ 8:30AM to hear about our plans for winter and spring and learn more about ways that you can pitch in to help! Our January agenda can be found HERE.  

CMAS Testing in March & April – We wanted to share CMAS testing dates as soon as possible… so FYI! 5th Graders will start testing the week of March 21st. 3rd, 4th, and 5th Graders will be testing with weeks of April 11th & April 17th.
