Our Bears will exercise their enthusiasm for Bromwell with some laps at school while wearing their superhero capes! They will be cheered by classmates, staff, and the community and end the run with water and popsicles. The run is in the morning, and the day ends with a school-wide pep rally.
Get involved! Encourage your friends, neighbors, and family to support your Bear through donations and volunteer on the day of the event!
We will have Basted Egg food truck at the school all morning! Lots of options, and gluten free and vegetarian available.
Bromwell is a special place. It stands out from other public school options in our area with its lower-than-average class sizes, dedicated and experienced staff, 3D printers in the art room, full time music, alternative seating in classrooms (to help our learners focus AND allow for wiggles), a commitment to 2+ recesses (to get the rest of the wiggles out), and consistently high academic achievement due to small, individualized learning groups.
Our vibrant learning community is the result of hard work from teachers and volunteers, and also, critically, from the additional financial support we receive from our families and friends (that’s YOU!) each year.
Support from the fun run and auction directly benefits our Bromwell Bears by providing extra training for staff, additional staff for small group instruction, technology (iPads, smart boards), teacher grants and support specials like art and music.
