Bromwell Bulletin 11/16/23

Posted January 4, 2024

Tomorrow is the last day of our  “Be the Change” drive, and we need YOU!

This is a chance for kids to break open piggy banks and deep dive into couch cushions, or just bring in their Hamiltons, contributing to our fundraising efforts.

Want even more motivation? The Schlichter Team will generously match what is raised during the coin drive, up to $5,000!

Thanks to all of the donors this week, we have some great momentum, and we know life is busy and we all forget things. So, we’ve decided to extend the Annual Fund another week.  Please feel free to share the link with friends and family when you see them at Thanksgiving too!!

  • Need some movie ideas over Thanksgiving Break?  Check out this family friendly list with great ideas for movies about change, perseverance, and resilience.  Pop some popcorn and have a relaxing night with your kids as the weather gets chilly next week!
  • We know the holidays can cause added stress, and we’d like to help support families that could use it.  If you are in need, please complete THIS FORM, and our school psychologist, Mr. Gallagher, will reach out to follow up and see how we can support your needs this Winter Break.
  • We will keep the canned food drive going until December 14th to benefit both our local community and MetroCaring.  Please send your kids with nonperishable food items or drop them off at the front office.
  • Please remember to have your kids check Lost and Found!  We have so many items we’re running out of room.  If you’d like to check for your kid, you can come in the front and check in with the office.

Please encourage your families to complete the survey before the new deadline by using this new extended toolkit. You are probably tired of hearing about it, and we are tired of asking.  BUT WE NEED YOUR SUPPORT!

Our students deserve your support, whether it be $5 or $50,000 (yep, we got carried away with the zeros, but you get the point.) SO PLEASE DONATE NOW so that our PTA can meet the financial contribution it commits to raise every single year of about $850/student.
