Early Pick‑Up & Dismissal Guidelines

  • Whenever possible, please try to schedule early pick‑ups before 2:30 PM.
  • If you arrive after 3:00 PM, we kindly ask that you wait until regular dismissal at 3:15 PM so office staff can manage end‑of‑day tasks more smoothly.
  • If you need to pick up your child early, please email your child’s teacher in advance so we can have your student ready when you arrive to sign them out. We understand appointments come up—just let us know when you can.
  • If your child’s dismissal plan changes for the day, please email the teacher before your child’s lunch period so we can make the adjustment with minimal disruption.
  • Thank you for your help in keeping dismissal calm and organized. We appreciate your support!

Holiday Basket Item Collection

As we head into the holiday season, we are proud to continue a longstanding Bromwell tradition of supporting members of our school community who could use a little extra support this time of year.

Your generosity will help provide food, transportation, warmth, comfort, and joy to Bromwell families. The sign-up includes wish-list items as well as an option to contribute monetarily in any amount. The PTA will purchase items with any funds received.

Please drop off unwrapped items at the front office by Monday, 12/15. Items will be distributed later that week. Items (especially clothing) may be gently used, as long as they are in excellent condition.  We are also still collecting non-perishable items.

Sign Up to Contribute Here & thank you on behalf of our entire community.

Lost and Found – Pick up by 12/19

Please remind your student to check the lost & found before they head out for Winter Break.  We have LOTS.  Anything not picked up by EOD 12/19 will be donated!
