Values: The value I am focusing on this year is being compassionate. I think teaching and showing compassion is one of the most valuable lessons we can give our students. By understanding compassion, we can begin to understand the world around us and realize through our actions we can directly affect others. Acts of compassion come in all sizes, but I believe no act of compassion is too small and our students can achieve greatness through kindness.
Bio: In 2010, I earned my teaching degree in Elementary Education from DePaul University. I worked several years in both public and private schools before taking a break from the classroom to raise my own children. Both my children now attend Bromwell, and I am proud to be apart of the kindergarten team.
Hobbies: In addition to the usual Colorado hobbies of hiking, skiing, and fishing, I also enjoy cooking, crafting, and cozying up with a good book. Although I have various hobbies, my favorite hobby is watching and cheering for my two boys from the sidelines of their various sporting events.
