AJ Williams as Principal. With more than 20 years of leadership experience, Mr. Williams brings not only deep expertise but also a genuine passion for building schools where students feel seen, supported, and inspired to grow. As a United States Marine Corps veteran, he leads with integrity, discipline, and a service-driven mindset. Those values shape his daily work—showing up consistently for students, empowering staff, and building trust with families.
At the heart of Mr. Williams’ leadership is partnership. He believes strong schools are built through collaboration, transparency, and shared ownership. He works closely with teachers through instructional coaching and professional development, partners with the Instructional Leadership Team when making key decisions, and maintains open, responsive communication with families. A visible presence at school events and community meetings, Mr. Williams is committed to ensuring every student feels challenged, valued, and supported—and that every family feels welcomed and heard.
