Living our Values! This year I am focusing on the value of JOYFUL!! I feel such joy to be back at Bromwell and I want that joy to spread through my classroom to all of my students. I want us all to find the joy in coming to school, joy in the learning, joy in the friendships we are making, and joy in our classroom family!
I am originally from Arizona and went to Arizona State University – Go Devils!! I lived in NYC after graduating from college and then moved to Denver in 2006 when I earned my teaching certificate and I have never left! I met my husband Shane in Denver and we have three kids. Henry is 12, Everett is 10, and Claire is about to turn 9. This will be my second year at Bromwell teaching kindergarten and I am so excited to be here!
Shane, Henry, Everett Claire and I love to spend time together going to all of Henry’s cross country and robotics competitions, Everett’s basketball games, Claire’s ballet shows. We love to travel together and go on new adventures, we go to a lot of Denver sporting events and head to the mountains whenever we can. In my free time I love to read, check out new restaurants, and go to pilates.
