Hello Bromwell Community! I am so excited to be apart of the incredible work that is happening at our school.  This year my core value will be focused around curiosity! Although I have been teaching for 9 years I am new here so I honor and name that I have a lot to learn from the incredible staff members that have called Bromwell their home for many years!  I recently graduated from The University of Colorado, Denver with my Masters in Educational Leadership and I am excited to share what I have learned with the Bromwell community.

I was born and raised in Poway, CA (right outside of San Diego) and after high school I played Division 1 Water Polo at San Diego State before moving to Arizona to finish my teaching degree. I taught in Phoenix for 2 years before relocating to Denver in 2014 and I have called this beautiful state home since then!  Being a kiddo with pretty severe ADHD I always knew how important it was to have a high energy positive teacher and since I started my career I have made sure that I always show up for my students with excitement in my voice and a smile on my face.

For hobbies I enjoy being outside, going to concerts, seeing friends and family and traveling! I have two incredible and supportive parents: my dad is retired and my mom is in her 40TH YEAR OF TEACHING!  I also have an older sister and a younger brother.  Regan is a DNP and keeps 26 week old babies alive and thriving and my brother is the starting shortstop for the Pittsburgh Pirates.  Both of them have amazing families and being the best aunt possible to my nieces and nephews is one of the most important roles that I have 🙂
